Los números 800’s (toll free numbers, en inglés) son números que comienzan con uno de los siguientes códigos de tres dígitos: 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844 y 833.
Estos números gratuitos, permiten a quienes llaman, contactarse con empresas o individuos sin tener que pagar por esas llamadas.
El costo del uso de un número gratuito es financiado por la parte que recibe la llamada (el propietario del número gratuito), en lugar de la parte que llama.
A través de los números 800’s, es posible efectuar llamadas directamente a su empresa o a su línea directa personal, ademas, contamos con cobertura en mas de 50 países.

Portabilidad Numérica
La portabilidad numérica es la posibilidad de poder cambiar de compañía o carrier un numero telefónico.
La portabilidad numérica puede ser para personas físicas y morales; cada uno requiere de diferente documentación por presentar:
PERSONA FISICA:
- INE
- ULTIMO RECIBO TELEFONICO
- PIN DE PORTABILIDAD
Se obtiene marcando desde la linea a portar al 051. El pin tiene una vigencia de 15 días
- DOCUMENTO LOA FIRMADO.
PERSONA MORAL:
- INE REPRESENTANTE LEGAL.
- ULTIMO RECIBO TELEFONICO
- ACTA CONSTITUTIVA.
- PODER DEL REPRESENTANTE (OPCIONAL)

Una vez emitida emitida la documentación, el proceso de portabilidad tomará de 5 a 10 días hábiles.

Si se desea realizar el proceso de portabilidad numérica de otro operador hacia Clever IDEAS para el servicio de WhatsApp Business, es importante tomar en cuenta que el numero será dedicado exclusivamente a este servicio y NO podrá tener activos los servicios de VOZ o SMS.

- Implement Secure Telephone Identity Revisited (STIR) and Secure Handling of Asserted information using toKENs (SHAKEN) protocols to authenticate and verify the caller ID information for outbound calls.
- Collaborate with other carriers and service providers to ensure the adoption of call authentication technologies with Attestation A or Attestation B across the telecommunications ecosystem.
2.2 Network Monitoring and Analysis:
- Deploy advanced network monitoring systems to identify and analyze call patterns, volumes, and anomalies associated with robocalls.
- Utilize machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence techniques to improve the accuracy of robocall detection and classification.
2.3 Caller ID Validation and Labeling:
- Implement mechanisms to verify caller ID information and detect spoofed or altered numbers.
- Develop a system to label calls with their level of trustworthiness, such as "Verified," "Potential Spam," or "Unverified."
2.4 Consumer Education:
- Launch public awareness campaigns to educate customers about robocall risks, prevention techniques, and how to report unwanted calls.
- Provide clear and concise information on the company's website, customer portals, and support channels regarding robocalls, their impact, and available mitigation options.
2.5 Regulatory Compliance:
- Establish internal policies and procedures that align with FCC regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Mitigation Plan:
CLEVER IDEAS is committed to implementing the following mitigation strategies to reduce robocalls and protect our customers:
