There are 7 call distribution strategies in uContact, which are:

- **ringall**
- **leastrecent**
- **fewestcalls**
- **random**
- **rrmemory**
- **linear**
- **wrandom**

These types of strategies are determined by the agent's status at the time the call is delivered.
